One thing I really hate about having Asian parents is how much they compare you to other people, emphasizing how much better they’re doing and that you should be in the same boat. It’s more insulting and demeaning than encouraging. As if we don’t put ourselves down enough.
I was taking a shower and I didn’t know I was having a nose bleed so when I looked down I saw a bunch of blood and I thought I was having my period but then i remembered i’m a 16 year old asian boy
